A: Laser hair removal is appropriate for almost all of your body. This includes the face, upper and lower body (i.e., the chest, back and legs), the underarms, and the bikini line or a full brazilian. Generally, wherever the human body grows hair, there is a corresponding laser treatment to remove it.
Neck/Upper Lip/Chin/Eyebrows
Many women have problems with unwanted facial hair, particularly in the areas of the eyebrow, upper lip, and chin. Men may want to remove hair on their faces as well, such as from between the eyebrows or the beard area. Read more...
There is no time more stressful in a woman’s life than the months leading up to her wedding. If it’s not family fights then it’s juggling work and planning the wedding and engagement party (not to mention keeping the bachelor party in check!)
When your body and mind are put through the stress gauntlet the most common reaction is for your skin to break out. Something you obviously want to avoid at all costs before your wedding! Here are a few helpful things you can do to make your pre-wedding months a breeze. Read more...
I found a great website I thought I’d share with you: It’s bodyimageproject.com and it made my day. The idea is that you write or film your own testimonial about how you came to terms with your body issues. How do you feel about the way they look? Writing it out anonymously feels AMAZING. Trust me.

Tiger is looking like more of a “Cheetah” these days, but this photo also got me interested in his chest… (Sorry, I have a one track mind!) Read more...
I’ve heard people give every excuse in the book to avoid trying laser hair removal.
Although its not a new technology, its only recently become a “household name” as a technique for removing unwanted hair. Some people apprehensive, and understandably so – I know I was. When my friend told me about lasering her under arms my eyes glazed over; I was not interested at all. When that same friend waited 20 minutes outside my house while I did some last minute leg and bikini shaving she put her foot down. “You HAVE to try laser hair removal. It’s easy and permanent. And I’m booking you a consultation.” Read more...
