I got an interesting question from a reader.
Q: I’ve decided to do laser hair removal. I had a hair removal consultation at a place I think looks good (and has good online reviews from customers). Ideally, I’d like to do it all: upper lip, under arms, navel, bikini and legs. But the price of full body laser hair removal is a little too much for me. Do some body parts tend to have better results with laser hair removal? Can you help?

I looked in to laser hair removal cost a couple years ago, but the prices were ridiculous. It would have cost me $9,000 to laser my body. At that price I decided to continue shaving, waxing and plucking.
I was about to go with home laser hair removal, but I heard the devices were somewhat flawed.
I saw an ad for Assara and it said $449 a month and you can laser every body part you want. (I did: upper lip, arms, underarms, bikini and legs). At that price you can even do little areas like toes and nipples that sprout little hairs too. I was happy went this route in the end, as once I started, I wanted to laser other parts of my body.
I started with bikini laser hair removal, but now I’m a fan of being hairless all over.

I did laser hair removal on my under arms and I’m really happy with it. I never get stubble or any kind of growth, but the annoying thing is that I still have to shave my legs and bikini. I mean, it’s practical and great not to shave your underarms, but ideally I would have it all done. Then I’d never have to shave again. Thats my advice… If you’re thinking of doing laser hair removal do it all. You’ll save money from any of the centers that offer package discounts, and you won’t regret it.
