Hey Y’all,
For men who are loosing their hair, shaving their heads is the only alternative to hair plugs treatments or (Eeek!) hair pieces.
If you know any guys who sport the shaved head look you know it can be a time consuming look. It’s funny because the effect is a modern clean low maintenance appearance, but inreality it takes lots of time and… well, shaving. Shaving once per day is necessary to keep the look very clean. Unfortunately, daily shaving also brings along the hassle of ingrown hairs, razor bumps, nicks and cuts.
Now that’s a lot of upkeep.
Girls love a smooth, hairless head on a man. And celebrities from Michael Jordan to Vin Diesel have made the look popular.
Laser hair removal for the scalp is intriguing, permanent alternative for men interested in sporting the cool cue ball look.
The process for scalp laser hair removal usually takes around six treatments to permanently remove all of the hair.
It’s not a slam-dunk though; laser hair removal for the scalp can be tricky. The head can be more sensitive than other areas of the body, so clients can expect some discomfort during the procedure. Just as with other areas, when laser hair removal is performed on the scalp, there can be minor side effects such as redness and sensitivity.
Despite the customary caveats, scalp laser hair removal is absolutely safe, if done at a qualified center, and for the right person it can be an excellent time saver!

Balding is genetic; bald is a choice. Someone should have told Jeremy Piven that before he tried a scalp transplant.

My fiancé has a receding hairline and he’s been shaving his head since he was 25. After I saw this article, I sent him to have a consultation for laser hair removal on his bald(ing) head. He decided to do his shoulders and chest first and then later next year to go with the scalp when he was more comfortable with it. I’m just happy he’s removing SOME of his hair! He’s going to look smooth on our honeymoon! Which is good, because we’re going to Miami (don’t want him to embarrass me on the beach).

Hi,
In case anyone is interested, I thought I would post my experience:
I’m 39, fair to medium dark complexion with medium brown hair. I’ve had seven treatments. The tech warned me that I should be ready since the head is so sensitive. It wasn’t entirely pleasant, but it was bearable. After five treatments, the hair that is left is like peach fuzz. During my first couple of treatments, I was patchy, but now it looks great. I can now shave my head in 2 mins and it lasts for a week.

Laser facial hair removal for a woman can effectively eliminate unwanted hair. There are lot of advantages of using this technique. Mostly unwanted hair is often a greater concern for women than for men.

Laser facial hair removal is probably the most effective way to get rid of facial hair.
